@ScotRail big shout out to Alan on the delayed 16.36 service from Glasgow Queen Street low level. What a lovely genuine guy! He had a great interaction with a mother and her daughter. Making the effort to make them both smile. Very friendly ticket examiner. Nice to see ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

@ScotRail They should be open for passenger use for the duration of the service. There’s no staff member to be seen either. Travelling with someone with a kidney condition. she wasn’t allowed to use the disabled at Partick because she didn’t have a key on her and now can’t use the train 1
