@hellothisisivan May I enlighten you. In my case, she was my local MP. During my teenage years (80s), it was damaging hearing her spout her gay hating views, knowing the town I lived in kept voting her in. Times eventually changed. My dislike of her didn't. It's an awful way to die, however.

The tourist parts have restaurants that are a more tame interpretation, but there are also more authentic places if you get out of central London and some lovely food shops. The big supermarkets are getting better, but there are still too many Old El Paso items!
