Understood that @AmericanAir just cannot have an on time departure from Dallas — they have a proud legacy of being late for 100 years. But, it’s beyond me why they change gates a half dozen times. Maybe they like customers parading through the packed, filthy, sweltering terminal.

Waiting on @AmericanAir flight at DFW. Late to board. No plane. Typical. But this is made special by the gate agent joking over the loudspeaker. American Airlines thinks it’s hilarious to keep dozens of paying customers waiting. Says it all. Thanks.

@MarriottIntl Does anyone remember when you could just check into a hotel room and watch TV? In a Fairfield Inn and TV keeps cutting off. Front desk promises to have someone “look at the network” within an hour. Great. I just want to watch @Jeopardy
