@MALlFlC "I'm not too eager to see the sea for a little while, I assure you..." Leon sighed, but then shook it off. "If you're going by shadow, then I bid you a safe journey, madame."

@MALlFlC "Yes, I caught that, madame, thank you." This had altogether been a very 'wet' adventure. Leon ran his fingers through his hair and sighed. "Well, at least it won't be going on any longer. Shall I see you home, madame, or do you have your own way there?"

@MALlFlC Leon understood maybe half of those words. Which was funny, because 'girl' and 'boss' were both common words. Anyways. With their part of the deal finished, Leon quickly walked out the door and closed it behind them. "... All's well that ends well?"

@MALlFlC Leon wished he could say he was surprised, but nothing surprised him any more, and these two clicking together seemed par for the course. Happy pride month indeed. "I'm glad to find you so... agreeable, madame. Shall we leave her to you so you may get acquainted, then?"

@MALlFlC "Hello, madame." If the 'something more comfortable' was what this narrator thought it was, Leon was going to keep his gaze strictly eye-level. "We've found the mermaid you were talking about. Though I'd ask you hear her out before you do anything else."

@MALlFlC "Mm. Yes. Totes cool." He would never understand modern slang. Either way, they were near the end of their... quest? Journey? Leon led the way back to the witch's house whilst Valentina carried the mermaid. He knocked on the door thrice.

@MALlFlC "I'm not sure which task is worse, to be completely honest," he mumbled. Well, they were going to make quite the sight, all three of them. But Leon acquiesced and set his sights on the witch's tower in the distance. "... Do you need us to bring some water or anything?"

@MALlFlC The consequences of them meeting up were hard to predict. Alcina could curse the mermaid, and whilst she was... peculiar, he didn't wish to see her harmed. Much worse still they could actually get along. "... Very well, then. We'll do as you ask, Melodi."

@MALlFlC "That might be a touch more troublesome than you expect, milady." Not least of all because Valentina was screaming into the void. "Alcina asked us to find you as well, you see. But for stealing her then-fiancé from her. I don't imagine she'll be very welcoming."

@MALlFlC "Are you... talking about Alcina?" Leon felt trapped in a loop. He couldn't blame the vampire for vanishing away from sight; he wanted to do the same himself. "I don't know how good she is at luring men in, but we have met her, at least..."

@MALlFlC "I'm not sure who either of those people are, I'll be honest with you." He wasn't sure what she was putting in a sink but that didn't seem as important. "... But I gather that you've ended things with him? He spoke quite fondly of you, milady."

@MALlFlC "This shouldn't take long, anyways." Though so far they'd been proven wrong at every turn. Leon didn't know what a cellphone really was, much less a shellphone, but nevertheless. "We're here on request of a man named Bryne. You were previously involved, I believe."

@MALlFlC "... Of a sorts, I suppose." He wasn't sure if he was relieved or offended that the mermaid didn't try to drown him. "Are you Melodi, perchance? Or do you know where she may be found, if not?"
