@wizzair Eerst is de vlucht van EINDHOVEN naar GDANSK vertraagd met 8 uur, dan nog eens met 2 uur. Vervolgens is de check-in desk niet bereid de koffer in te checken waarvoor dik betaald is, meer dan 1,5 uur voordat de vlucht vertrekt. En dan is er niemand bereikbaar..... #fail

Wie heeft er nog meer afschrijvingen van @Uber nadat de rit al is afgerekend? Ik heb nu al meerdere keren gehad dat dit gebeurd is. In Mexico in Nederland. En 10 x de ritprijs!!!! #fail. En ze reageren gewoon nergens op.

@Uber_NL Gaan jullie nog reageren of moet ik echt eerst aangifte doen en een advocaat jullie laten vervolgen voor oplichting? Een chauffeur dwingt me EUR 50,- extra af te rekenen en jullie doen in 2 transacties nog eens EUR 150,- er overheen (EUR 381 betaald voor EUR 31 ritje!!)

@Uber_NL @Uber @Uber_Support Klantenservice onbereikbaar. We worden opgelicht en geven niet thuis! We hebben geen ander keuze dan aangifte te doen. De bank en Apple Pay kunnen niet helpen. Inmiddels hebben jullie voor een rit van EUR 31,75 EUR 381,75 (!) betaald !!!!
