Most trainers throw brand-new clients straight under a barbell back squat on day one. Most people walk in begging “Coach, when can I back squat heavy?” My rule with every single athlete and adult I train: You don’t even sniff a barbell until you goblet squat 50% of your body weight for 8-10 perfect reps with a 4-second eccentric. Why? 1. It forces brutal core work (30-50% more abs & deep core than back squat – EMG proven) 2. It exposes every mobility and stability hole before heavy loads punish you 3. Yes, science still says barbell back squat is king for max leg size and strength… but only when you’re actually ready for it Earn the goblet → unlock the back squat → get jacked safely

Today was the Eagles' worst rushing success rate in a regular-season game under Nick Sirianni. They ran 18 times for 63 yards and did not have a single run of 10+ yards. They have not been a good running team all season -- all the way down to 22th in success rate.

@tiggr_ The audio in Redsec is quite inconsistent. It’s challenging for me to distinguish between my footsteps, my teammates’ footsteps, and the enemies’ footsteps. I also wish the TTK was just slightly lower. Been following you for awhile you do fantastic work with feedback.
