Instead of making up coincidences, why don’t you discuss the real facts and what has actually gone on here? The facts are that a good doctor has tragically passed away leaving a wife and two children. Whether he had a friendship with Lucy is really immaterial apart from like Lucy he has been witch hunted out of his job which he loved and which I have been told he was very good at. Dr A took them to an employment tribunal which he won and I bet then the knives were really out for him and which ever way they could they were going to sack him and humiliate him. This was all done under the guise that he broke confidentiality by messaging Lucy and reporting on a baby’s condition that she had cared for & expressed concern about. Well, I hate to tell the general public & Liz Hull but medics and Nurses exchange messages like that every day of the week because they care . They care about their patients when they’re off duty, they think about how they’re doing and it is normal that they will message another nurse or another doctor or whoever to ask how a particular patient is doing. If any hospital across the country was to check a Nurse or Drs‘s phone, I would have good money on many of them have exchanged similar messages. Just the same as Nurses and Drs take home handover notes in order to do reflective practice, they send bereavement cards & so much more , all of which was weaponised during Lucy’s trial but occurs every day , in every department, in every hospital across the UK . If these witch hunts don’t cease then hospitals are going to be empty, not of patients but of medical staff and nurses because who wants to work under these sorts of levels of fear & intimidation . Innocent actions , because you care about a particular patient or Baby is weaponised against you & you can find yourself sacked , redundant or at the worse incarcerated for life . I don’t blame that Baby‘s mother who heard about these messages between Lucy and Dr A regarding her Baby & who reported Dr A but I do blame the hospital for not explaining that this is what happens on a daily basis and applying some logic and support. Instead the NHS hospital strived to protect their hospitals reputation & sacked him because his name is linked to a nurse who has been convicted of being a serial killer but who in time will go down in history as the UK biggest miscarriage of justice. The UK has lost another good doctor and the NHS hospital who conducted this witch hunt should hang their head in shame for the way they treated him . Liz Hull at the daily mail should also hang her head in shame for sensationalising an act which happens daily between health care workers & for further traumatising his bereaved family .
