@KabiPlays Two of my favourite games ever made, for sure. Though, I think another thing that slowed Metaphor’s momentum was the pricing ($70), and the very slow start; compared to E33’s lower price ($50) and immediate narrative -> gameplay hook.

Angela Sant’Albano, the voice of Grace Ashcroft in Resident Evil Requiem, appears to be taking over the role of Gwendolyn in Tides of Annihilation. Jennifer English previously voiced Gwendolyn but announced that she was stepping down from the role due to personal reasons. New gameplay footage shows Gwendolyn with a noticeably different appearance that looks more like Angela, and the new voice also sounds similar to her. Gwendolyn’s mocap actress confirmed that Angela is the new voice actress, “Yep!!! but this time, no more screaming ‘LEON!!!!’”

@SpawnYaardReply My assumption is they made changes to the character model to easier match the facial capture of Jennifer English’s replacement, but that’s me taking a wild, uneducated guess. It could also just be the game naturally changing with development.

@Pirat_Nation If they really did care that much about competition, they would have already been pricing their games better or at least having Steam-level discounts. Besides, they’ve already said they don’t see PC as competition (somehow), and Xbox is too far gone to recover.
