@TMobile I still haven't received the promotions promised when we switched to you in December. No rebates, not comp-ed phones, and it's costing me a lot of money. All communications seemed to be stuck in internal support or a manager's manager.

@TMobile @TMobileHelp Decided to take you up on your transfer offer. What a mistake. After weeks 2 phones don't work, so many hours with support, all offers expired BUT I'm still paying for services I'm not receiving. Joy.
