@CooperativeBank your service is so outdated. This could have been sorted online with most other banks. As much as I want to keep my money with a bank that aligns with my values, I can no longer put up with such poor service. I’ll be looking for a new bank in the new year 😔

@CooperativeBank 2/2 Try to call your “fraud line” but get recorded message saying you are closed. Get through to lost & stolen (I’m aware my card is neither of these things but was only dept. I could speak to) to be told they don’t have access to the system to unblock cards?!

@CooperativeBank You block my card 2 days before Christmas without warning then call me to verify some transactions. Transactions verified and told card will be unblocked. That was at 11.30am. At 7.30pm i try to make an online purchase and card is declined. 1/2

Hi @BarclaysUKHelp Just paid in a £300 cheque via the app (v. convenient) however my balance has only increased by £100 and I don’t have an overdraft. Plus when I go to ‘view cheques paid in’ the cheque isn’t showing. V confused and concerned. Please help!

@hm_custserv Thanks for your response. That’s great to hear but there is nothing on your app that states you are experiencing delays at the moment. I have no problem with waiting longer for my order if I am told that will be the case up front 1/2

@hm_custserv Placed an order on 29/09 and still not shipped. Have a horrible feeling it’s going to be cancelled like the last 2 orders I never received. You have become so unreliable & it’s such a shame as I love your clothes :-( time to take my business elsewhere me thinks

@ThreeUKSupport Hey there, thanks for your reply. We managed to get our router working but since then our 5g has been dropping out intermittently. Currently only receiving 4g. Any ideas?
