This is all something we sadly cannot teach for the younger generations to understand today. Yes, out of college I made very little money and boarded with family friends to afford living expenses. This allowed me to get my M.A. in Teaching without many loans (pointless degree mind you but the degree that showed me education was going adrift). I worked my way up a bit in my job and earned enough to live solely on my own with $28k a year. But going back home was never even a glimmer of a thought. Then got I got married, taught a year, then stayed home and homeschooled. We have lived in the same modest house all these years and raised 4 kids. Yes, keeping our kids off a screens was one of the best decisions we ever made. No video games. No complaints from them. The only complaint was we made them get their smarter radio licenses before they got phones so they understood the technology. The 4th child just memorized the dang test to get the phone. Lol Oh what have we done to our children in this country!?!?

It's actually even worse than he said: the average Gen Z adult spends ~9 hours a day — over 3,200 hours a year — on a screen. I’ve seen this before. I saw the movie “Conclave” where all these ideas were generated in Hollywood. And then too, his ramblings sound exactly like what’s coming out of Chicago Public School administrators. How has our society been so blinded by communist identity politics? Everything is about race, sex, religion, etc. etc. It seriously drives me crazy that’s how people see the world.

Yes. Keep hold of that truth for sure and plow ahead to help others see the light. Man, has it been hard to step aside from the evangelicals and Protestants that refuse to see the light. It is lonely and also hard to be told I am the in the wrong when I have seen clear heresies. (Sadly, still fighting the woke - crt things with them).

I dug deeper and found out that a student can get prescriptions for SSRIs as well through the psychiatrists of TimelyCare. Student services should be transparent about all that this service may provide. My goodness. These institutions feel they need to have their hands in all aspects of people’s lives. I found out many Christian colleges do this “stand up for your sister” activity that in my opinion has a cultic flavor to it and is trauma bonding in its outcome.

I’m required at my son’s Christian college to pay for TimelyMD. It is a $70 annual fee. It provides students with 24/7 access to online therapists. I find this to be forced socialized medicine. I don’t approve of TimelyMD’s therapeutic philosophy. They claim on their website that 400 institutions partner with them for their services. I will be having a discussion with Student Services at his college next week because I spoke up about my concern. They reached out to me which is a good start!

She claims she is not smart enough to answer the question. It is not hard to determine biological sex. Ask this guy if you are still confused. @SwipeWright
