Ministers shouldn't just be politely asking profiteering private water firms to upgrade outdated sewage infrastructure - nor wanting more 'plans'. Govt should be *forcing* them to do it. While water firms are swimming in cash, the rest of us are swimming in shit. @Feargal_Sharkey
@Feargal_Sharkey It's odd how the rich corporations and Land Owners seem to get away with things. Where as the peasants don't/cant/are punished. It's almost like the law is against the people it's supposed to protect. It's the Fuedal System never went away.
We're looking forward to hearing the "justifications" for the relaxation of law. But with elections looming it might not be enough.

It's a little damp out in the Loddon Valley near to Old Basing, but not too muddy. Land marked on old maps as Liable to Flood, still floods, but not as bad as just a few miles down stream. Building here would massively increase flooding in Wokingham and Reading. #SOLVE
