@airindia @Rvtwts Please adopt a better process to share updates with the families of the passengers. The regular customer care IVR is ridiculously slow. Please share an update on whether the alternate plane has flown out already or not. When will the passengers leave Russia?

They don't even have a helpline to call. One has to go through that ridiculous IVR and wait for several minutes, to reach them.
