The self service kiosk experience for guests at SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa is absolutely atrocious, but I feel for Guest Relations who have to try to manually print these rewards for passholders when their computers barely work about as well as the kiosks do.
@ParkFanatic @BuschGardensVA SWO does this at Kraken but actively assigns Quick Queue to the reserved rows.
The lakefront at Shark Wreck Reef is closed for Howl-O-Scream preparations

@jake_coasters Definitely possible. It has been rumored that an animal care center is in development as well.
Renovation work continues at the animal ambassador building. Could we see this area reopen to guests one day?

Coaster ops update 08/09/26 - Manta: 2 trains/1 station - Pipeline: 1 train - Kraken: 2 trains - Penguin Trek: 2 trains - Mako: 2 trains - Ice Breaker: 2 trains
@jake_coasters I think we will have one more major coaster open and then Kraken will get th axe for the one after that.
@jake_coasters Staff with access to the ride area at night, you have to assume.
Kraken is looking a little rough compared to other areas in the park, with peeling paint and smiley faces drawn in the grime on the track (presumably) from maintenance staff. However, the ride opened on time and is being operated well on 2 trains.
One month later this is still the same. Clearly there has been a major delay to the Apex project.
Orca Encounter now has a temporary sign as the new APEX sign has now been installed underneath
