My money's on ARHAI being the culprit given the dishonest behaviour evidenced at section 10.5.2 of our report. The whole of section 10 'ARHAI uncloaked' is well worth a read to show them in their true colours.
@DurianLiftOffJr @alanbarnard1 ARHAI were responding to an expert report commissioned by RCN which was (rightly) highly critical of the flawed IPC Guidance they were influencing with their equally flawed 'rapid reviews of the literature'. When I drew this to HSE's attention they responded with a flat denial.

@crimsonartist In any event, I'm sure that you and the young man's family will agree with me that the UK authorities' (HSE/Scottish NHS) reclassification of Covid as no longer "a severe disease" nor a "serious hazard" is an absolute disgrace and an affront to human decency.

What is missing ? They have dumped AGPs. But they have excluded the evidence from Klompas. Its being close to infectious symptomatic people for periods of time... You recommend that this is done With a mask that that has gaps For a virus that is inhaled to infect. Shocking!!!

The people responsible for these decisions are condemning future generations of HCWs to Long-Covid and all of the horrendous consequences to their health and life. Their incompetence and willingness to inflict harm on other human beings is nothing less than criminal. Period!
