PART: leaving there own customer short of there own money they are legal entitled to for 4 months. Now been told we have to wait LONGER - as we have complained. Be wary using EDF.

PART 2: after calling several times, still being told the money on in credit on our account - we have still received nothing even though promised each time. The last person we spoke to - customer advisor Nonkululeko has not been very helpful either. What a appalling service.

@edfenergy appalling service from EDF. We switched providers a year ago and was told they owed us £500+ and only give us half. They have promised us the last 4 months they had sent a cheque and to call within 10 days if not received. PART 1
