@Audi ..the service manager to warn not to drive the car until I replace the tires.When I asked if it’s okay not to replace tires, and is it safe to drive. He said ,”yes”.He should have walked with me to the car and showed the condition of the tire and warned me.He didn’t do that

@Audi FYI - my wife drives the car 60 miles each way for work. And that’s the part that worried me the most, when Audi could have warned me of the dangers of driving the car / which they failed to do so

@Audi hello, as I mentioned in my earlier tweets / the experience was too bad and highly irresponsible service department @ Mission Viejo location. I am sure you would have seen the picture of the tire / you can see the wires / multiple cuts. At the least, I was expecting ....1/2

@Audi_MV @Audi ..Right away, we went to the Costco for a alignment/and realized that Costco doesn’t do alignment.But the Costco rep came to check the tires and to my surprise,the right front tire has completely gone bad/worn off/you can see the aluminum wires of the tire and..4/4

@Audi_MV @Audi ... if it’s okay and safe to drive/ he said yes. He advised to have the wheels aligned and rotated. (If you remember I had concerns right on the day when I drove the car off of the dealership and brought in for inspection and I was told everything is fine)... 3/4

@Audi_MV @Audi He was not in the office today so another advisor checked us out.We were advised to have front tires replaced but when I asked it has only 17K miles on it and how can tire go bad,he said you don’t have to do it now,it has some life left.I asked,... 2/4
