@Nafussa Strategy is to try & try till he ends up physically in downtown Tripoli, setting up shop in some hotel or other. It might be via Mitiga like on Feb 10; might be via Zintan; might be some other way. He himself doesn’t know yet. But that’s the thrust. He may or may not succeed.
