. @VIA_Rail This was my seat on your train 48 last night, Toronto-Union to Ottawa-Fallowfield. The entire car 5 (#8127) was filthy and smelled foul. This was disgusting. Why would you put a car like that in service without cleaning it?!

@AirCanada So the consumer suffers for your server errors? Honestly, your statement doesn't wash. You don't need to put a fare back in inventory - you could simply issue a credit. I'm a longtime AC booster, but this is disappointing.

@AirCanada we booked flights on the weekend, and I've discovered that when my wife submitted to order there was a server error and then price went up $60 for the two tickets when she resubmitted. Can this be adjusted?
