@TFL once again Walbrook entrance closed at Bank - don’t know how much it cost to build but travellers are not getting value for money. More stepfree access required - link for raising concerns sent yesterday did not work. #TFL #Walbrook #stepfreeaccess

@TfL @galonamission Is there any rhyme or reason to closures? I’ve tried repeatedly to use the Walbrook entrance in the last few weeks on weekday evenings and it’s always closed. Is it only open during off peak times?

@SW_Help This is currently what I’m doing, however, as there are now more people traveling I don’t understand why I have to go backwards to go forwards. The point is where is our increase in service from #Worplesdon in lockdown there was a direct 6.20am!

@SW_Help Bring back a full service then, I have to go to two stations instead of one and leave later because you have cancelled all trains prior to 7.00am at my station!
