After yesterdays rule breaks I created a time based lock out for myself, here's how it works: It locks me out from trading the first 15 minutes of the trading session & after 11:35 am EST To override the system, I have to wait 30 seconds to be allowed to type in the window that I'm breaking my rules ...which creates even more friction & helps me ground myself "I'm being a degen lemme actually not do this" $SPY $QQQ

What do you find the most annoying regarding trading? 1. Having the right thesis just being a little 'early' to the trade & getting stopped out instead 2. Not getting filled for a trade by a tick 3. Getting stopped out to the tick, then the setup you had in mind plays out perfectly
