@anehluye @HarmonyHaven_1 Depends on the sports\activities. I work in construction and work while fasting. I just pace myself if there’s any heavy lifting or strenuous work.

@NancyH_60 I was walking out of a grocery store one hot summers day when I noticed a woman bent over pushing a cart with her forearm and talking on the phone with her other hand. She was wearing a sleeveless top and her breast was completely exposed.
@newstart_2024 I fast 3 to 4 times a year. I’ve gone over 100 hours, but ended it to ease my wife’s mind. I could have gone longer, easily. I feel great for weeks afterward.
