This is almost his worst case scenario. Pull back from Iran but reconsolidate in Israel. Some have also gone to Saudi Arabia and the ongoing discussions about civil nuclear power certainly include other issues such as Iran and its proxies the Houthis. The announcement by the President that any Saudi nuke deal would include an Abraham Accords deal as well shows that all of President Trump's larger plans for the region are coming into play. There is a grand strategy to create multiple power and trading blocs in the region to counter Iran and to promote security and prosperity. The Gulf States and Israel with normalized relations, Turkey, Syria and Lebanon as another node and Iran neutralized or best case scenario with a new regime.
