This is a huge problem: it would imply that all jailbreaks are illegal, and that is destroying the basis for almost all security researchers. Would be really bad for all of us if Apple wins this case.

@_024ka @heyitstorm @iPhoneTweak_fr @thetimeloop Pour avoir passer plus d’1 an à créer un style entièrement original pour l’un de mes thèmes à l’époque et plusieurs mois pour les autres, j’estime que c’est particulièrement important pour un pack d’icônes. Mais ce n’est que mon avis.

@_024ka @heyitstorm @iPhoneTweak_fr @thetimeloop Ça n’aurait pas beaucoup d’intérêt, j’ai juste voulu donné mon opinion en tant que designer. Rien à mon avis ne pourrait justifier une copie totale de certaines icônes et une utilisation d’un style sans autorisation du créateur (encore plus concernant un thème payant).

@heyitstorm @iPhoneTweak_fr @_024ka @thetimeloop C’est compliqué de ne pas dépasser la limite lorsque l’on débute, mais le problème à mon avis ici c’est que le thème est payant et donc en concurrence avec son modèle.

@heyitstorm @iPhoneTweak_fr @_024ka @thetimeloop c’est moyennement honnête. Bref, la ligne entre inspiration acceptable ou non est fine, et ayant créé des thèmes, je trouve que ici c’est trop. Je pense juste que c’est un designer débutant qui n’a pas réussi à mettre assez d’originalité dans son thème.
