@PANDORA_NA when explaining that it ripped my hair out & showing where my hair was still in the necklace. They told me it was worn and couldn’t be exchanged. This is the most outrageous policy i have ever heard of. No damage has been done to this on my behalf. A resolve is needed

@PANDORA_NA i just had the absolute worst experience in your chicago store. Trying to exchange an item that clearly is defective or it’s just how you make your jewelry. Either way when trying it on, after Receiving it as a gift, it ripped my hair out. Continued

I think I’m still shocked by all of this! Like really? I’m flying. Minding my business and this happens. This shouldn’t happen to anyone. If i was an unruly patron, I would have been removed. @SouthwestAir this is terrible.

She tries to touch my face. I immediately push myself onto my my neighbors lap (darn near) trying to get away from her. @SouthwestAir I have never had an employee be so rude, condescending and deliberately try to touch me on a flight. DO BETTER @SouthwestAir

She says why has she been so rude ? I am like yeah she’s been that way towards me the whole flight. My seat mate then says yeah. The FA comes back and snatches my drink. And I just hand it to her @southwestair. I then ask for her name as she rapidly walks away.

@TiahRodriguez @usedgov The interest on my loans has only increased my balance, even with payments made for 10 years. Even if interest accrual only was overhauled it would make a huge difference for people! Otherwise it's impossible for most to get ahead.

@Wendys o need someone to give my money back. We’ve been waiting for 25 mins for a curbside order and they have their phone off and doors locked. Ridiculous
