If we see AI exploit the steps within new PQ algorithms it could be a very interesting time for PQ Cryptos was expecting this to some degree but what is important to now watch for is the total collapse of the math behind them. It would seem that the safest bet still is Viat’s trapdoor scheme that can transition to a stronger PQ algo and retroactively protect wallets on the fly system wide without interaction and without losing wallet access. Have new SVG based charts moving in for Viat wallets will be able to show history balance changes overtime etc. Has a patch left to do which will be enough for immediate use case. Long term and for exchanges and swap we will be switching to canvas for better GPU performance. SVG gives us the best initial option.

Our Universal Web Component framework built on native Web Components that runs the new wallet site is now beating out Lit.dev performance and has a larger feature offering along with AI integration. Next is to build out a compiler to match performance levels of Vue3 components while retaining our features. Tons of changes will be uploaded to the beta GitHub repository and will update the master repo. Once we have the compiler in then we have the capability to build out a UI thats 60FPS and is perfect for a DEX, CEX, and live blockchain analytics for the Viat wallet site. Putting it all on the wallet subdomain but considering maybe it moves to dash.viat.network while wallet subdomain turns into a slimmed down wallet only version. Browser addon wallet will be using this same component system for the UI. It’s lightweight GPU accelerated and snappy.

Analytics dashboard UI will be moving in tonight for the Viat command & control terminal.

wallet.viat.network Minting and some initial requests are re-enabled. New legacy address generation is in which is far more preformant but required we ensure 24 byte addresses now are restricted for legacy address generation only. More URL routes are making their way in but to view new features make sure to remove cache or refresh for new content or ignore cache with inspect tools while new changes are moving in. Here's what I would take to prove ownership over a legacy address. SHAKE256[24Bytes] -> ed25519 [Public to Private Key] -> Trapdoor( SHAKE256[32Bytes] -> Dilithium [Public to Private Key] ) You can substitute any algorithm in this Wallet Address generation process and technically the commitment can still be used to switch to a 3rd party algorithm instead of say Dilithium which is very useful for upcoming potential post-quantum signature schemes. It's important to note that the impending post-quantum security crisis in blockchain doesn't just stop with one transition it is likely that the power of post-quantum machines will grow and thus higher security levels will be required. Hence why this must be the very least one could use to cheaply transition later. This can be made significantly more secure but at some point it just becomes needless compute for viable enough commitment security.

Absolutely correct, this is still susceptible to Grover and in the event of QC this means your funds are frozen meaning only those who have an address behind a hash MAY remain temporarily obscured at first but NOT QUANTUM-SAFE a QC first will need to find (Grover) a (collision OR

Summary, none of it has any reliable path forward it’s done. Need a better solution that can also operate in a quantum hostile environment. Exactly the way Viat was made.
