@marksandspencer still waiting for a response from you. In over 40 years of being an M&S customer I have never had such awful service. Just like @JohnLewisRetail you have farmed out your customer services to South Africa to your detriment.

@marksandspencer - can anyone help with failed and non-deliveries? None of which are my fault. To make it even worse the recipient waited in after I had been given confirmed days by you. Your call centre (in Africa?) can’t seem to help either. Absolutely terrible service.

@CostaCoffee Got 2 days to use reward. Just ordered via app. All went through fine for pick up. Got to store - closed at 4.45pm. Asst Manager said they had to close shop and I would get automatically refunded. How does refund work with a voucher and part payment (already taken)?

@DVLAgovuk any idea when your RaV system is going to be up? It’s been down since yesterday. Need to pick up a car I’ve travelled 200 miles for and incurred overnight hotel expenses for. Dealer says out of their control.

@premierinn Need to amend a booking this Friday but the number you’ve sent me doesn’t work. It’s a recorded message that cuts off the call. The hotel (Chiswick) can’t do anything because of a new system. Can’t amend via my PI acct either for the same reason. Help!!
