Emblem:build Advanced building tip #1 You can install the Kanban board by asking your agent to install it. And you can task any agent to use the system to manage long horizon projects. Ask one agent to install Kanban, then have another agent run the Kanban skill and ask it to build between 10 and 15 tasks for the first sprint and describe what you want to build. Have it use “tasks that write tasks” “expansion tasks” and “promise style tasks” It’s the closest thing I’ve seen to iterative self improvement in practice, plus you have one agent that’s always available to chat with while it’s managing the work via the board. No, you have a main agent to take the place of the user, it picks up next card, adjusts all pending cards based on outcome of another, and explicitly adds expansion tasks, tasks that make tasks, but the orchestrator agent is “in charge” (it does work and wakes itself up in 5 minutes as a heartbeat)

Yep, a big part of the skill was instructions to always use acceptance criteria gate that blocks closing a card and always make changes to the same app/artifact. And plans were laid out inside the card. It took lots of work to keep assignees from falling into the each card makes a new plan pattern. Once I got it tho, the apps started iteratively getting better and better each sprint. Plus each agent assigned to a card, always saw what’s in flight what’s been done and was explicitly told not to do work of other cards. So a few planning cards meant no other assignee made plans, only implemented work from other cards or in its own card. The magic are the instructions in the link in the first post, it hash links to #8 which has the magic

It's pretty incredible now, waking up and seeing every single person on the Emblem team building backend and frontend products through Emblem Build. The team is now more aligned than ever, creating internal tools and public facing apps that fill the gap between the ever growing task list that bogs down the engineering team. Not only are we all coalescing around the same skills that began at entirely different starting points, but we get to continue to battle test @EmblemVault so that our builders and creators can use the same exact tooling that the team does. Just (emblem) built it.

I roll my eyes and shake my head any time I see someone talking about the fair launch. Especially related to the dev launching and buying some of their own supply. The typical “fair launch” is only fair for snipers, mev automators, insiders. @MeteoraAG has their alpha vault system that enables the presale round like system. @MigrateFun uses a similar mechanism for re-launching a token as it’s a coordinated group buy (with a coordinated group sell first) but yea… smh fair launch feels to me like gas lighting. It’s a mechanic, but I wouldn’t call it “fair”
