@VW it’s been 90+ days and still no response on my Buyback situation. This process is drawn out but I’ve paid 4 car notes while not having my car. Not including the insurance. Volkswagen of America gotta do better @VWGroup

Now @VW @VWGroup yall have always been good to me but this is unacceptable. I’ve been waiting 90 days for a decision in my case and no update as the car is back in the shop. No reason this should have been goin on this long.

@VWGroup @VW Can somebody contact me about an ongoing issue I’m having with my new 2025 Tiguan. I’ve been to the dealership 3 times already and the care is brand new. They haven’t been able to fix one issue or duplicate another to fix it.

@Frigidaire can somebody contact me from the resolutions department. I’ve been w/o a fridge for over a week and it will be another week b4 they can address the issue. I just want a new fridge. What’s the point of a warranty ?

@Frigidaire has had me waiting a week to lie and push my appt back Saul g the tech would need to have the proper materials. Tech said how would he know what he needs if he hasn’t diagnosed the issue ? Then they want me to produce a receipt for food that was bought weeks ago smh.

@Frigidaire need to be ashamed at how they handle their warranty clients. Here it is almost 2 weeks and still no solution. On top of i can’t speak with a supervisor. I wouldn’t buy another product from them ever
