It’s book fair season. Please join me in boycotting @Scholastic book fairs. The products they produce are mostly poor quality, lack educational value, and bait kids by including toys in the packaging. I hope to see you at a local book store or the library!

@walmarthelp I received two packages this week. In each shipment, the action figure was shoved into a box that was too small, damaging the packaging. I am a collector and keep these in the package. The damaged package ruins the value. And now, both are out of stock.🤦🏻‍♂️

@CNN I saw some of your reporting on the tech outage and its impact on travelers. We flew from Atlanta to Venice on Friday. My bag is still sitting in Atlanta. Had ~10 phone calls with customer service and baggage “specialists” over the past 48+ hours. Found this interesting:

@Starbucks today is my wife’s birthday and she was so bummed to learn that she can’t redeem her birthday drink at the Starbucks in our cruise ship? Are you able to extend her redemption period so she can still celebrate? We get back to land on April 7th.

@lyft I can’t get a hold of customer service to dispute a $5 cancellation fee. Driver never picked us up but started the ride. Refused to reply to our messages or pick up our calls. When I finally cancelled after 50 minutes, you charged me a cancellation fee.

@FlyFrontier how can y’all justify moving a departure time back 9 hours and have us scheduled to land in the middle of the night? We are flying with a 3 and 6 year old and we have work and school on Monday morning. We had to cancel this leg and book with another airline😤🤬🤦🏻‍♂️.
