@AbhayBaburaj1 Yeah, we do have a problem with the server. We keep a list of tools that we recommend on our landing page here rna-tools.online/tools (depends on the problem, StepWise Monte Carlo method is more similar to SimRNA, RNAComposer builds from fragments so it’s super fast)

Yeah, a fun project started at Stanford with Rhiju, some cool ideas, never fold THE RNA sequence, play with the alignment and model more 3d. You might be supposed with amazing results. The code is open! 🤟🎓🎉
