@Etsy Can someone please answer my emails! You’re holding nearly £900 of our sales funds all because i tried to change the name. Ive sent you all the government documents, my photo ids, address confirmation etc etc and no one is responding it’s been 3 weeks without response!

@Etsy I have been waiting weeks! Weve had to place our shop in holiday mode as you are not releasing out money! At the busiest time of year for small businesses you have completely ruined ours. I have provided all documentation that has been asked for and still no reply or response!

@TfL That’s my point. I never had any previous dealings! Yet somehow there is an existing account. Never mind that, when we try my wife’s details instead the password checker is broken too!! No matter the order nothing complies with the rules 🙄

@TfL ULEZ portal needs fixing! I have never had a customer I’d sent to me but I can set up an account t because ‘that account exists’ and customer is is one of the required!! I’d rather not get a penalty because of some inept web designers faulty website!!
