@TSB As I have said I have & they will only say that it’s in the pile for the assessor to approve & will not provide further information,it is supposedly a premier account but a very basic service behind it.if I have not heard anything shortly I will be contacting the ombudsman
@TSB does anyone actually work in the travel insurance department,submitted a claim on 28/12/22,claim sorted for approval 18/1/23 no contact since😡
@TSB I did call yesterday & was told that they would sort as quickly as possible,I was told originally that it would be between 3 to 5 days which I waited,we are now well past that .I have had no contact other than having to chase information
