@EastMidRailway Shouldn’t need to make a suggestion that on days when trains aren’t running from Bedford to London in the Thameslink network, NYE in London and copious amounts of spare sets sitting around, that you are likely to need more than a 4 car on services. It’s just cheap and poor

@EastMidRailway Could you advise the logic to put 4 car services on your Corby - London services, with empty sets sitting idle in Kettering sidings? Full and standing at Bedford, guard refusing to pick anyone up at Luton and LAP. Is strategic planning a forgotten art?

@SW_Help The 1930 fro Waterloo has left on time after no trains to stations south of GLD since who knows when. It is packed with people for those stations and needs to go as far south in that line as feasible. Another diversion won’t work whatever control may say!

Always enjoy a fast run from STP-LEI with @EastMidRailway, however you know that just isn’t going to be today when the semi fast to Corby leaves 3 mins in front of you. Hopefully bout all the way behind it to Kettering as that’ll be the Sheffield and Nottingham behind shafted!

@AvantiWestCoast @DavidPetri15 Same as many others. No notification of the change of time. Mind you. There is no room in it either. With one train instead of three an hour , someone decided a 9 car was the sensible option instead of an 11 car. Assume another magnificent control decision.

@SW_Help I summise that would have been known before the 1815 left at 1827…Having not been told previously by the guard, who I expect had little to no info from control. Then you made punters go to the 1845 before we then left at 1843 annoying even further those who had moved.

@SW_Help So the guard on the 1830 WAT-PMH announces the 1815 will follow us so we wait on the 1830. As the 1815 leaves he announces that the 1830 has no driver. Poorest communication of the highest order. Why the lack of info

@ScotRail Disappointing 1115 EDB-GLQ in first class. One ScotRail employee in full PpE playing rude YouTube videos at loud volume and two @TPExpressTrains employees dissing management and everyone in between. Anybody would think we didn’t want customers back.

Disappointing start to @CalSleeper experience tonight. @AvantiWestCoast lounge staff refusing access as they don’t know whether it’s 2hrs before departure (as per @CalSleeper website) or one hour (but they have no paperwork to support this). Poor start all round - sort it out.
