We’re heading into an interesting shift🫢⚠️ AI is accelerating how fast we write code, but it’s also increasing the need for experienced engineers who can guide, review, and make sense of it all. Here’s the catch: if we don’t intentionally invest in upcoming developers, where will the next generation of “experienced” engineers come from?
