We're excited to share a look at the progress of our new laboratory currently under construction at our SWA facility in Baytown, Texas. Soltex is proud to celebrate the achievements of outstanding students from Eastside Secondary High School in Belleville, Ontario through the Soltex Canada annual scholarship program. This year, we awarded: -Chemistry Scholarships: Fareedah Ibikunle and Muhammed Yousuf, selected for their knowledge and skills demonstrated in both the classroom and laboratory. The teaching staff felt both students were deserving recognition for their dedication and passion for chemistry. -Initiative & Innovation Scholarship: Leah Hudacin, recognized for demonstrating leadership and a strong sense of initiative both inside and outside the classroom. These students were selected by the Eastside Secondary teaching staff, reflecting not only academic excellence but also the qualities that drive future success in science and innovation. Soltex is proud to have supported the @HospiceQuinte Charity Golf Tournament this year as a hole sponsor, alongside hosting customers for a great day on the course. The event was a huge success, raising $75,765, the highest ever total for this tournament. These funds will directly support Hospice Quinte’s work, providing end-of-life care, as well as grief, bereavement, and caregiver support programs for families. It was nice to meet the dedicated volunteers, who shared stories about the impact of hospice care on local families during some of life’s most difficult moments.
