Nobody's saying the engineers did their job badly. A model this size runs through something like 340,000 individual components across ten coordinated systems. It just took one more look, from something that doesn't get tired on pass three. Revit will probably get its own MCP connection eventually, letting engineers generate full MEP models just by typing into a GPT-5.6 chat instead of clicking through every pipe and duct by hand.
