@gauravsbuilding That is incredibly bold of them. Hope you have the legal team ready to fight back. This kind of IP theft needs to be called out.

Honestly the idea of 5v5 itself isn't really that bad. I remember enjoying it a lot more towards the start of OW2... However, my issue with it overtime is that the balance of the game wasn't because "Ah, we should make this change because it's more fair and interactive." and more of a "MUST BUFF THE FUCKING FUCK OUT OF TANKS. HEADSHOT DAMAGE REDUCTION, MORE FUCKING HEALTH, MORE DAMAGE MITIGATION, MAKE ARMOR WAY STRONGER THAN EVER BEFORE, AND LETS MAKE THEM SUPER DEADLY TOO" So yeah, just feels like balance changes (at least the SUPER TANKS) are for the sake of making queue times best as possible per role... I'm not a fan of that. 5v5 itself isn't that bad, remove the absurd passive value added overtime and I think it becomes more enjoyable.

Deranged. This “everything is fake,” “voting doesn’t matter,” and other associated nonsense is not only completely detached from reality, it’s brain rot content. Guard your mind.

What happens if we all come together and decide to not vote? The conversation changes. The ideas change. The system changes. The system responds to your attention. Your time. Your energy. There are more of us than there are of them. We have them in sheer numbers alone.

This new model release seems like the first indication of the frontier lab bear case, or at least the second best one ("winner take all" thesis). Is Anthropic admitting that they are forced into providing a cheaper, more cost-effective, lower-margin model?
