Imagine winning 6 Olympic medals, fighting to make sure no one else is sexually abused like you were, literally inventing new skills in your sport (some of which if you misstep you could end up paralyzed)- and having a bunch of keyboard warriors call you weak. 🤔

If you are feeling overworked and able to, take some rest. But don't spend it looking at screens: go outside, read a book, listen to music, meet a friend for coffee. When rest becomes work, or worrying about work, or thinking about work it is not really rest.
