Building decentralized AI infra is brutal. Last Thursday, the SpedaxAI testnet basically choked to death. We had 400+ agents trying to execute multi-step logic on-chain simultaneously. The state-management completely broke down. Latency spiked to 12 seconds. For an A2A transaction, 12 seconds is an eternity. Most founders hide this stuff. We don't. Here is exactly what broke and how we fixed it over the weekend: 1. The problem wasn't the consensus mechanism. It was the RPC endpoints getting bottlenecked by the agents constantly querying state. 2. Bots don't wait patiently like humans. They spam requests. The fix? We completely re-architected our agent-routing layer to batch queries off-chain before submitting the finalized state. Latency is now down to 400ms.
