Diamond Johnson has made a name for herself with a basketball journey full of big moments and major accolades. A five-star recruit and ESPN’s No. 6 overall prospect, she was a two-time Gatorade Pennsylvania Player of the Year at Neumann Goretti, where she averaged nearly 30 points per game and once dropped 54 in a district championship. She also made history as the first woman to play in a men’s national All-American game at the 2020 Allen Iverson Roundball Classic, earning national honors such as Jordan Brand Classic selection, McDonald’s All-American nominee, and Philly Sports Digest’s Player of the Decade. In college, Diamond started strong at Rutgers and NC State, then took her talents to Norfolk State, where she closed out her career in a big way. She led the Spartans to back-to-back MEAC titles, earned MEAC Player of the Year, and won MEAC Tournament MVP.
