As or normal season comes to an end, we are now holding zoom meetings online over the summer period allowing members to practice their skills with creative indoor photography and photo editing using photoshop and lightroom.

Tonight, we will be supporting members who are entering #midphot this year. We have entered many images over the last few years and have had several acceptances.

We had our last meeting of the year last night, we all gathered for some Christmas nibbles and five club members gave a short presentation on their work over the last year. See you in 2019 with some fantastic speakers and workshops planned!

Tonight is the Staffordshire Photographic Clubs Projected Digital Image competition. 13 Clubs from around the county have entered 10 images each into the competition. We are sure to see some top quality images tonight. Judging starts 19:30 Lea Hall Miners Welfare Club, Rugeley

Tonight we have guest speaker David Keith Jones who will be talking about applying for photographic distictions and holding an interactive session so we can have a go at judging ourselves.

We will shortly be making our way to Padley Gorge in the Peak District for the first trip of the season. The weather looks good, let's hope we get some great landscape shots.

Tonight is our first competition of the season. We welcome Sue Sutton LPRS to the club. Sue will be judging over 140 mono and colour images in 3 classes tonight and will be giving feedback on each one. The meeting will start at 19:30 at the County Staff Club, #Stafford

This week we welcome Tensi Ward, a professional landscape and nature photographer. Tesni will be giving us a talk about the work that she does. We welcome all visitors so come along to see her stunning work.

Wow, what a great new members evening! Rob our chairman introduced the potential members then we had short talks from members covering motorsport, landscape and portrait photography. We look forward to seeing you at our first meeting next Tuesday.
