@jimmycrib @BTed72 @Lambo805 Good stuff, precisely what I have been focusing on. Stretching quads, hamstrings, and hips. Meanwhile every other day working out with low weight high rep just to get up the stamina I have lost over the years. Either way I look at it, I'll make this happen. Only question is time.

Part#1 Been mostly off the radar the past two months. A nice little slice of hell. That said, I am beginning to get things under control. This ol' bugger has begun the process of shoring up with the Navy. It is a home I know & a stable income to keep my family afloat.

Part 1: This is "Momma" fox. 1st image is her after she was attacked by a coyote back in Dec. 2nd is of her tonight after 3 months + some antibiotics and anti-flammatory meds. She has grown back most of her fur, walks and runs like she used to, and plays with other foxes again.
