@therobertleonar @MaxxChewning I believe the buy/borrow/die people plan to not make regular payments. As the collateral grows, they take a new loan against the higher value. The new, larger loan pays off the old loan/interest so it’s not out of pocket. Basis step-up at death for heirs. Quite risky though
