@TearDown794 Here i'll clarify, when they say "neighborhoods" what they actually mean is rich people in third ward, they dont care about how normal people access the lake(buses with bikes, vehicles). Lets keep easy access for ALL of Milwaukee, not just rich people in a select neighborhood.
