Very disappointed with @AdvanceAuto. Ordered a critical part, package delivered but not received, and now they tell me I need to wait 8 days before sending a replacement. Who waits 8 days to fix a car you depend on? You just lost a customer.

Curious if @KAYAK offers price protection on flights, @Expedia said they did but now refuses to honor it. This is bad customer service, Expedia.

I recommend never using @Expedia for flights. They won't honor price drop protection. Just book directly with @AmericanAir and save yourself the hassle.

@jimfarley98 you test your own products but do you experience your own processes? Spending hours waiting and seeing thousands added to the price at the dealership is why Ford is lagging. It's not just the product.

@AmericanAir This is not good service. I couldn't complete the transaction so it's not likely on hold for me. I'd like to complete the purchase as I got all the way to the payment screen. I'm a loyal customer requesting assistance.

@AmericanAir I was in the middle of online checkout, got an error that made me restart flight selection, now the price is much higher. Called customer service and they said they can't do anything. This is frustrating. Please help.

Three chapters into @tfadell new book and the innovative, world changing aspirations return after a dormant period focused on day to day stuff. Great read so far!

@DanGill I just had a very disappointing experience with @Carvana. Signed contract, proof of insurance, proof of loan approval, and the car was removed from my account. How can I share my story with Carvana executives?

Wow. Topic is killing of American troops through Russian funding. @joniernst says "The Democrats are really making a big deal of this." Talk about making it easy for your opponent.....

@mcuban @USDirectExpress 100% agree, it's the demand that is the problem. Would need to be time limited by requiring renewals. Cannot be used for gift cards, disqualified from returns, and (not to become a overly bureaucratic) tie it back to specific consumers or you'll see wide scale scamming/trading.

The next time your @NBA team asks tax payers for money (used to pay teachers, police, etc) to build a stadium, just remember that @BrooklynNets are paying @KDTrey5 $38 million to sit on the bench next year. @wojespn @ramonashelburne

Just wow! Miami needs more role models like this gentleman. As a Miamian, FIU alum, and conservative, thanks for all that you do.
