@AngryDockDog They are not trout, but still good. We like to fry them in smaller pieces and some people grill them with the skin on (on the half shell). Cook them in a coubillion is good too.
Went on a fishing trip with my wife and daughters this morning. We caught a limit of drum and a handful of Reds and a few others including this Yellow Jack! Lots of fun!
