I was on the Hill briefly during your final years and saw the enormous respect you commanded from advisors and MPs alike. You put up with more crap than the other lily pads could fathom, but you just got on with the job without complaint or exploiting the courts through lawfare because your feelings were hurt. I'm ashamed to say that I used to believe this crap. After reacquainting myself with the rational world - far away from the victimhood cult - The most effective form of indigenous harm reduction is the same as it is for non-indigenous people: Clear laws prohibiting illicit drug use, and clear pathways to employment, purpose and family. Governments should make it clear that our laws are based on a moral compass, rather than the deluded language of the Left that blames everyone else before the person who is doing the wrong thing... which we all end up paying for.

In 2013, the only people who had the integrity to raise the alarm about this slow-motion trainwreck that tripled gas prices for Australians were @BobKatter & @RobKatter3.
