Worked on much needed updates and improvements to my game over the weekend. UI has gotten an overhaul, we now have our first enemy type (The nasty Sealions) and have also created a flexible Dialogue system with a built in Shop system. Did someone say penguin customization??
Since I started my GameDev journey I have always wanted to make a full game about a silly little Penguin guy based around Crash Bandicoot mechanics, and today is the day we start the prototype!

Just did a complete overhaul on our items and crafting system. You can now only sell items you have crafted, which also has a fun little minigame, but fail the minigame and lose all you're materials!

Busy day, all items are now coded and obtainable from multiple ways in the game! The small game that we have created now is actually quite enjoyable, can't wait to see what we can do in the next couple of months!
