@JoshuaBarzon C, apalachian mountains, west Virginia, Virginia, Lancaster pa, Hershey pa, tons of historic battlefields, plenty of beaches to choose from, seasons are beautiful, most of my family lives in this region.

@DiecastHype I have a feeling that the fact that it was released with an unannounced wheel variation at the time may also be contributing to the price and demand for these on top of the fact that they were a limited run and display cars verry nicely.

@DiecastHype Not sure, this is still my favorite elite 64 model to date. When I purchased mine off rlc I expected it to have black wheels like in the photos. I was pretty surprised when I opened it and had chrome wheels. Ive thought of buying one on ebay so I can have both wheel variations.

@jacknavyford70 I like the all black cars better but I don't want them to be chases because I can't find them that way. This year has been a lot better for me finding the all black cars since they're not chases. Several nice ones have even ended up being premium peg warmers.

@DiecastHype Im just happy the chases are the black cars with black interior this year, I love compleatly blacked out vehicles wether they're chases or not but it's so hard to find any of them when they're mostly chases. Some of my favorite black cars from this year ive found easily.

@DiecastHype Didn't buy it back when it was first released. These sets always sit at my local Walmart and eventually end up in the clearance section. Did the same with the Jay Leno set, the set with the mooneyes truck, and the set with the white and blue Fords.
